The Present
This very moment in time is all there is! The past is history and the future hasn’t happened yet. All we have is now, and yet many of us put off fully living our lives in the present moment by saying to ourselves “there’s always tomorrow.”
What would change for you if you acted as if NOW is all there is? Would your experiences with the people you care about be different? Would you use your time in ways that really matter?
If you’ve already heard yourself saying “I wish I had………” you don’t have to wish any more. You can choose to make The Present more meaningful. The question is, will you?
In his book entitled The Present, Dr. Spencer Johnson offers the following three ways to use your present moments. His words are my gift to you this month.
Be in the Present - When you want to be happy and successful Focus on what is right now. Use your purpose to respond to what is important Now.
Learn from the Past - When you want to make the present better than the past, look at what happened in the past learn, something valuable from it. Do things differently in the present.
Plan for the Future - When you want to make the future better than the present see what a wonderful future
